We do not suggest anyone with really short nails to use the OPI Crackle on their nails.  It just looks like a bad paint job.

What to do...please help!

So I'm in Target standing in line incognito...I didn't have on make up and I'm moving so I won't have hot water until tomorrow.  Anyway, I over heard these two women in front of me talking about local nail salons so I had to pretend I was reading a magazine (trash of course) to listen in.  This one lady, with the weird smelling perfume said, "Well I usually go to any local $25 all you can cut (my words interperted) but when I need a really good manicure and pedicure I got to Mani Pedi Cutie in Hermosa Beach.  WTF!?#%^????  Seriously!  Wow!
